My Journey

Dr.Arnab Maity, a highly skilled cardiac surgeon, has a strong academic background with MBBS from R.G. Kar Medical College, followed by MS in General Surgery and MCh in Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery. He excelled in his field, receiving accolades for his thesis and ranking first in university exams(Gold Medalist). His professional journey includes esteemed attachments at Anandaloke Multispeciality Hospital, Siliguri, Desun Hospital, Kolkata, Ohio Hospital, Newtown, Kolkata and Kolkata Heart Lung Centre, Kolkata, where he served as Director Cardiac Surgery and Clinical Director, showcasing expertise in various cardiac surgeries and developing the Cardiac departments as a whole.

Dr. Maity has extensive experience in procedures like Minimally Invasisve Cardiac Surgery(MICS), CABG, Valve surgeries, Pediatric Cardiac surgeries, Thoracic Surgeries, Emergency Vascular Surgeries, Aortic and Peripheral Vascular surgeries, having performed over 5000 successful surgeries independently. Notably, he developed an integrated network of outreach cardiac clinics across 13 districts of North and South Bengal, enhancing access to cardiac care.

Dr. Maity is dedicated to continuous improvement, initiating process enhancements and fostering effective communication within departments. His passion for research and skill development underscores his commitment to advancing cardiac care and excellence in this field of patient care and patient service.
